The proposed changes are well thought-out and address what I believe to be the biggest issues with the current system. As a moose hunter who generally hunts in small groups these changes will do a lot to level the playing field when applying for tags. Applying for an adult tag will no longer feel like I'm throwing my money away. Thanks for your efforts to improve the way moose are managed.
