I am not in support to amend the rehabilitation plan for any of the pits to permit industrial after use. We are very fortunate to live on the oakridges moraine and that area needs to be protected. I am concerned about our water supply and the possible effects the industrial fill may have on that supply. With rising concerns about the impact of climate change and industrial irreversible damage to our land and water supply, we need to stop this and preserve our natural resources for our future survival instead of supporting the economic gains of a few.
