I strongly oppose this change to requirements. In order to remain competitive with the changing energy evolution as well as prevent increase in fossil fuel energy which causes increased strain on health as well as increased pollution to waterways and soil, these externalities are not currently incorporated in the cost of fossil fuels. We need to continue to embrace and prioritize renewable energy.
