I know so many low income families rely on moped or motorcycle style ebikes as their only transportation for daily commute. Adding license or insurance on these products will leave they not choice but give up this ebike option. Which will cost huge impact for these families. We need a better solution. Something like ask buyer to have a quick online test to make sure all users aware of the rules of riding an ebike.
