Pertaining to sewage…

Pertaining to sewage treatment and sensitive land use, the proposed categories of systems are small (< 25,00 m3/d) and large systems (> 25,00 m3/d). What about systems that are < 500 m3/d? I don't see owners/operators with small systems being considered. I would like to see categorization of Small, Medium and Large systems. In other words, keeping the same categories of treatment plants as the D-2 Compatibility Guide.
