Implementation Pause of Excess Soil Requirements in Effect January 1, 2022:
I am very suspicious of the timing of the proposed "Pause". We have an election in June and this delay will greatly aid the developers who are keen for the pause. This seems to be an election goodie handed to those developers and the cost has potentially huge detrimental implications for our environment.
I am very much against the proposed pause.
