The current cap and trade…

The current cap and trade system was developed after extensive research, consultation, bridge building, and thought. To cancel the system, at a time when global heating threatens our very existence on this planet, is short-sighted and reckless. Cap and trade is working to reduce green house gas emissions. Ontario needs a solid plan to reduce emissions- and we have one- cap and trade. Please maintain the cap and trade system. Otherwise, an alternative is a carbon tax... a hard sell to many in Ontario who don't understand the dire circumstances in which we find ourselves today.
