I strongly disagree with Premier Ford cancelling the cap and trade program. I wonder if he understands how it works since he refers to it as a carbon tax. Worse still is the fact that he and his conservative ministers have come up with no plan to replace the program. As a province we have gone backwards instead of forwards on environmental issues, all in the name of lowering taxes.
