With this proposed change(s), have you considered the massive impact that it will have on surrounding small bodies of water that have already been experiencing a much heavier amount of angling?
You have to realize that anglers will still want their 4 walleye and will turn to these already overfished bodies.
It's a concern I've already noticed as a life long resident of this area.
