Please do not approve Bill…

Please do not approve Bill 23. This is not the way to build homes faster as it will come at the expense of the earth and the safety of Ontarians. Instead, look to the existing resources that have been used to construct the many commercial buildings that are not fully utilized or vacant as a result of the pandemic and more people working from home. Do not waste more resources to build housing that then requires more highways to get to thus furthering the damage to our environment and contributing, instead of mitigating, to climate change. The regulations that this proposed Bill will remove is absolutely dangerous and creates a worrisome future for our children.
