I am writing this to let you know that I am appalled by Bill 23. Wetlands will be destroyed, precious creatures will be gone and won't come back. Let's build up, not out, please, and not in areas that are so crucial to so many living things, including humans. Find another way to make homes for people.

I cannot express my anger and despair about this awful bill enough.
