This is a terrible idea and completely ignores the state of emergency the world is in. As a wise person recently said, we need more housing, not houses. Removing land from the greenbelt is willful blindness, ignorant, and a horrible attack on our planet.

Add more land to the greenbelt and continue to preserve the current greenbelt.

Stop trying to please rich developers who only care about themselves and money and listen to the wisest people in the world who are telling you this is a bad idea.
