On behalf of Weston Valley Investments (Block 34) Inc. a request is being made to remove a portion of the lands within the greenbelt plan boundary for residential uses. The lands are located within an existing community boundary and part of a draft plan of subdivision and comprehensive develeopment concept process. They also form part of an approved secondary plan and can be serviced in an efficient manner. Environmental study work has been conducted and site visit conducted with TRCA confirming site constraints. This request was also posted within ERO 019-6216.
