The protection of all watercourses are extremely important. Undefined swales feed into watercourses downstream and that is what creates a defined channel. Just because a watercourse does not have a defined bank does not mean it's unimportant.
I also do not agree with limiting Conservation Authorities to comment only on hazard lands. Conservation Authorities hold a wealth of information that is needed to help Ontarians be resilient against increased climate change. We are facing a global crisis and you're removing the expertise to deal with it.
