WSP has provided comments on behalf of CN Rail regarding the City of Toronto's PMTSA OPA 570 (Mimico).

The comments provided focus on matters of land use compatibility in relation to rail facilities and sensitive land uses. Comments are intended to ensure rail facilities are adequately addressed through land use compatibility policies.

The comments include request MMAH amend the adopted policies to include specific references to provincial land use compatibility policies, in such a way that the economic function and long-term operation of rail systems is protected.
