This is the most barbaric practice and needs to stop immediately! Who are we to use and abuse wild animals in this manner! All in the name of hunting? For heavens sake get in the 21st century! Nobody needs this horrible and cruel practice to continue.
Shame on you Ontario Government if you allow this to go through.
