This sanctioned terrorizing and killing of wild animals is, straight up, legalization of animal cruelty. And it will extend beyond foxes and coyotes to include the Algonquin Wolves who range beyond the protected area since it is not always possible for a lay person to distinguish between them and coyotes. The province should be focusing on disallowing all penned in this day and age. Sadly it's no surprise that Doug Ford will add this onto his many new measures for desecration of the environment.
