I am totally opposed to the issuance
of licences for new dog train and trial areas or transfer of licences. These are inhumane, abusive and barbaric. They show no respect for wildlife. The public would never approve if they knew of this cruelty. I understand that Ontario is the only province to allow this brutal torment of wildlife. No more licences should be issued and no transfers.
