This proposal is outrageous and cruel beyond belief. What kind of people would do such a thing, terrorizing and murdering wild animals to satisfy their hunting bloodlust? Only a psychopath would approve such an amendment, or carry out such a horrific abomination as this. Shame on the Ontario Government for even considering it.
