While other civilized countries actually realize that this kind of hunting and trials, where animals are chased, tracked and killed purely for the enjoyment of a a few people, is absolutely barbaric, inhuman and cruel, our administration is wasting manpower and taxpayer money to facilitate this kind of activity?
