I am appalled by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario. No animals should be held captive and hunted. It’s a cruel and barbaric practice that has no place in Ontario. This would be an absolute disastrous step backwards. We should be working to eliminate penned hunting in the province, not expanding it.
