Penned dog hunting facilities are cruel to the wild animals who are subjected to various methods used to train dogs to hunt. It's 2023 bad you can't train dogs without using real wild animals? I could think of 5 ways to do it with current technology which wouldn't involve torturing and mutilating wild animals. This issue alone will prevent me from ever supporting another PC government in Ontario.
