I am writing to express my horror at the proposal to allow the re-establishment of penned dog hunting/training facilities. This practice is beyond abhorrent and serves no necessary practical use in today's world. Special interest groups should not be allowed to profit from the suffering and inhumane treatment of other animals, ever! This practice has no direct or indirect benefits to society, the environment or anything else and has no place whatsoever in today's Ontario. I vehemently oppose this proposal!
