This is an absolutely horrific proposal - such inhumane treatment of wild and domestic animals has no place in our province. It must not be allowed to become permissible. I am speechless as to why the provincial government has made this a priority given all of the more urgent and pressing issues facing our province. The proposal must not be allowed to become law
