Dear Minister,

This is barbaric. Countries around the world have banned dog fighting, cock fighting and many other forms of animal cruelty.

Its time to stop catering groups that want to continue to practice customs that are deemed by society as barbaric and a cruel.

Please lets stop going backward. It is 2023!
