As a person that has seen many accidents or spillage from mining, aquaculture ponds that are supposedly safe, I am always skepticle when someone says this one is safe. Without seeing the lay of the land how can we accept any proposal of this kind.
If there is a flow through or creek of any kind then there is always a chance brought on by that unusual (100 year storm) for escape into the wild.
Is there something unusual with Jade perch? Is it a native species? What happened to the policy of Native fishes?
