The plans included in Bill 162 are a serious step backward in planning and should be reconsidered. Particularly, schedules 1, 3 and 5 should be removed. They are destructive to the environment and will impact the next generations in negative ways. We don't need a carte blanche for expropriation, more highways and urban sprawl, and we do need to cut green house gases. Please do what's right for the environment and for our descendants.
