Détails de la proposition

The purpose of this application is to transfer approximately 0.9 hectares of land, with no road frontage, as a lot addition, from PIN 61316-0176 to PIN 61316-0041. The severed lands contain a shed and garage associated with the residence on the benefitting lot.

The proposed benefitting lot (PIN 61316-0041) would be approximately 5.5 hectares in size and is accessed by a publicly maintained road from Highway 65. The lot has approximately 25 metres of frontage on the Montreal River and contains a house shed and dock. The property is serviced by private well and septic. The existing residential use is not proposed to change as a result of this application.  

The proposed retained lot will be approximately 54.9 hectares in size with approximately 785 metres of frontage on Highway 65. The property is currently vacant, and no buildings or structures are proposed as a result of this application.

The application will be reviewed for consistency with the environmental policies of the Provincial Planning Statement (e.g., natural heritage, water quality protection). Public comments received or concerns identified will be considered in the review to determine whether the application is consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement and whether it would have any significant impact on the environment.

Appeal of a decision of the Minister in respect of this consent may be made by a specified person or any public body not later than 20 days after notice of the decision is given.  If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Minister in respect of the proposed consent, you must make a written request to the Minister at the contact address.
