The cap and trade policy in existence is a comprehensive, well thought out policy that allows industry to continue its processes while making compensation for any negative environmental impact.

Keep the Green rebates for consumers to encourage us to find solutions.

It is irresponsible to cancel the cap and trade program without having another program in place to mitigate climate change. Our children’s future depends on mitigating the impacts of fossil fuels. Our government NEEDS to be forward thinking and support industries that move with the times.

The cap and trade program is important for my sons future. Climate change is real, and doing this shows clearly that Ford doesnt believe in it. less then 25% of voting Ontarians voted for you, you believe that gives you the right to do anything?

Please do not cancel this program. We need co-ordinated action on climate change. I am not a high income earner and spending money on carbon is important to me. This issue is too important to be overlooked. I repeat, do not cancel this program
