This is a terrible Bill for more reasons than I can go into in this small space. It is undoing in one stroke what we -- the citizens -- have worked so hard to achieve. I do not agree with carving up the Greenbelt with development of factories and subdivisions. We must recognize the value and necessity of having and protecting the natural environment. The health of humans and the planet is at stake.
