Omnibus Bills are ploys used by the main parties to sneak unpopular legislation through. Bill 66 is full of examples of this. Premier Ford keep your promises and protect the green belt, protect our water, protect our lands and forests. Keep big money and corporations out of government decisions. Lire davantage

I am very concerned about bill 66 which will allow development on the greenbelt and other areas that are environmentally sensitive. Please leave the green belt protected from development

We have a need for wisdom and activities that produce balance in Ontario. The people of Ontario were fed up with the last Liberal government, which imposed extreme choices without much public consultation. So, thanks for the public consultation about the use of greenlands! Lire davantage

This comment is related to schedule 10. I am writing on behalf of our family of five with concerns about the direction that development is taking in southern Ontario. As residents of this area, we are worried about the protection of what little is left of prime farmland in Ontario. Lire davantage

It is irresponsible to even consider touching the Greenbelt. I don't want 5,500 farms carved up with factories and subdivisions, 78 species to be put at risk, and and 102 million tonnes of carbon storage to vanish.

We need to keep some spaces clean and free of development. There is no point in being open for business if the air we breathe kills us and the water we drink poisons us. There is no money to be had off of dead citizens for anyone, political party or business.

I believe that schedule 10 of bill 66 promotes autocracy/dictatorship in the areas of municipal government. The government is meant to represent and manage the needs of the citizens. I am a citizen of Ontario Canada who enjoys the unique, one of a kind natural environment that our nation houses. Lire davantage

There is lots of other development oppurutinies. The green belt should remain in the state it is in or further advance in biodiversity. In 100 years the people of Ontario will be very happy we have a green belt. Do not open the green belt for development.
