This area is struggling if you haven't noticed. Why would anyone in their right mind want to lose the money the Cottagers bring into the local economy? They also certainly treat the area with far more respect than the campers do.

The leaseholders need to be treated fairly, starting with a 3-year lease extension. The leaseholders care deeply for the health of the park and its wildlife, and along with their their visiting friends and family, contribute significantly to the park's financial health.

I approve of ERO 019-0907. The Ministry has been talking about a lease extension for the past couple of years, so I do not think it fair to stop the process in the last 2 weeks of the current lease. It's time for a long term or permanent lease for these Cottagers.

I have no objection to ERO 019-0907. As a resident of Ontario all my life, and a resident close to this Park, I know many Cottagers and the Park it self. I have not or know of any damaging done to this park by cottages being in the park. I look forward to seeing cottages in this park forever.
