Bottled water is a bad idea. In a post-Walkerton Canada we need to put pressure on municipalities to provide safe, clean water. This will also reduce the amount of plastic waste. Let's end this corporate entitlement allowing them to take whatever they like from us, and sell it back to us.

Stop giving away our national resources, especially water, for the profits of others. paying mere dollars for millions of liters of communities resources is a crime. Start fixing the water issues of indigenous communities. they deserve clean water, not having their water stolen for profit.

I am appalled that the government would consider a water for profit scheme when there are communities still without access to fresh, potable water. I am strongly against this proposal and suggest that the government reassess its priorities when it comes to the well-being of its citizens.

This application should be denied. We are facing dramatic climate change, and this water is will be needed locally and should not be bottled. Particularly egregious is the long term commitment requested!
