Section 10 of this bill is an affront to the legal process! I am not a lawyer but anyone with a sense of right will know that creating development without any need for public consultation or appeal process and in the face of existing restrictions is outrageous. Read more

This bill will put peoples health, safety and the well being of future generations at risk. This is an irresponsible bill that puts the business and the profits of the already wealthy ahead of regular human beings. This bill is not a reflection of the will of the voters.
