If you go electronic for manifests will we still be able to do paper manifests as much of our response area does not have cell service and also we generally only need to do less than 15 manifests per year. Read more

If the annual fees are going to remain, can thought be given to a 1-time activation/closure/fee for sites that require clean up only. This will make the process much smoother.

The direction within the HWIN.ca website states; “Tonnage fee - $30 per tonne for hazardous non-recycled waste only”. This would imply that there is a tonnage fee exemption for hazardous recyclable wastes. Read more
