I am concerned about the elimination or reduction of development charges for commercial developers. The loss of DC funding will have a severe impact on municipalities’ ability to pay for critical infrastructure and will shift the burden from developers to taxpayers.

Strongly disagree with the anti-democratic and anti-environmental implications of these 'proposed amendments' - especially as related to Bill 23. The proposal carves 7,400 acres out of the Greenbelt for development - with an unfounded excuse that these lands are need for housing. Read more
