Please do not proceed with this proposal. There needs to be significant oversight to manage storm water. Small-scale projects add up and if done piecemeal, they will not be as effective as they could be if regulated with a more regional scale in mind, even if the intentions are good (LID). Read more

We absolutely need a review period and a process that makes sure permit applications are will protect the environment. Do not remove this. When people cut corners, things like the Brenntag fire happens which polluted our water. Read more

This should not be motioned ahead. These provisions to allow small industrial and developers to have responsibility to manage their storm water runoffs are typically not enforced to the fullest extent by contractors. Read more
