Proposal details

On September 6, 2023, the City of Toronto adopted Official Plan Amendment 653 pursuant to sections 26 and 17 of the Planning Act by By-law 822-2023. This amendment is now before the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for a decision under the Planning Act.

Official Plan Amendment 653 proposes new and updated policies and mapping related to employment, including thirty-six (36) employment conversions. The amendment applies to Map 2 Urban Structure, Land Use Maps 13-23, and adds site and area specific policies to Chapter 7 of the City of Toronto Official Plan.
