I strongly support the Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) for The Inclusive at 1635 Lawrence Ave W. This project will provide 1,314 much-needed affordable homes in Toronto, addressing the urgent housing crisis. Expediting this development will help many individuals and families access stable housing. Read more

The traffic at Black Creek and Lawrence is unbearable for the residents who live here. Our proximity to the 400 and 401, makes our area a preferred short cut for 905ers commuting to subways or work. A 1500 unit project for is not reasonable. Read more

This city doesn't need more developers that actively seek to circumvent standards and protocols. Community involvement and feedback is necessary and processes should be followed. Sneaky behaviour like this signals that the developers don't care about our community and we don't need more of this.

As a resident of the area I am pleased that there is interest to develop this. I would not agree with zoning change at this point because the developer is trying to circumvent the standard planning process at the City of Toronto, which includes City approval and community consultation. Read more

The Black Creek and Lawrence intersection is a very busy one with travellers using it to access the 400 and 401 or exiting there to travel east or west on Lawrence. Adding multiple towers there with thousands of cars will make it even worse. Read more
