More homes are needed, the city is not facilitating building at the necessary rate. 1300 reasonably priced homes are fantastic for the city, and this should be built.
Toronto is becoming the wild wild west. There are rules to follow in the City and they should be followed. This developer is circumventing the standard approval process, which includes City approval, and community consultation.
