We strongly oppose to the amendment of land use on the site. Mon Sheong's plan to the public and their sales pitch is a low rise development for retirement. The proposed amendment is not a minor amendment but is a new phase much bigger than the original plan.

High rise buildings are not fit for seniors and as I know many elders are scared of living in higher floors !!
The maximum height should be 12 stories tall
I believe you already know this due to the other buildings you have under construction that are considerably shorter.

This is a terrible proposal. The majority of the neighborhood is detached houses. Even the buildings near by are at most 5 floors. Two 38 floor buildings are out of norm. Also the road around it are not designed for such a high building.
