38 stories built is NOT ACCEPTABLE here. It doesn't fit into this area. It will bring too much traffic and noise too this area. It's not good for seniors who live there as well. A protest will be organized if Ontario insists on this project!

I am living in this area, in the winter, I can see the current in constructing buildings directly from my bed room and living room, now they are just 6 floors, I can not imagine what it looks like if they are 38 floors in the end. Read more

this is absolutely unacceptable. It will make the area overdeveloped beyond the original plan which already had been increased once before. That will bring considerable congestion to the intersection of Woodbine Avenue and Applecreek Boulevard and the immediate roads around it. Read more

We lived in the Apple Creek area for more than 35 years and we love this neighborhood. So we strongly against to build such a high condominium on Apple Creek and Woodbine because it will be more traffic and noise in the future. Read more

Such amendment is increasing the number of units more than double of the existing buildings and also in height. The new developments will further expand into the existing green space of the creek. Light and traffic noise pollution will definitely affect the wildlife in this area. Read more

AGAINST! This is the highest point of the neighborhood. Such high buildings will significantly cause privacy issues for the whole neighborhood! The entire neighborhood will stand against this project! We will take further action if Ontario government green light the project. Read more
