Circular Materials appears to have a near monopoly on PRO services, and they refuse to disclose fee schedules until after their contract has been signed. As such, cost transparency is severely lacking. Read more

While I agree that it is important for there to be transparency regarding costs and procedures for all involved parties (e.g. the government, public, and producers), I think that these measures should be implemented without delaying the future Blue Box plan. Read more
