The economic and viability case for these MZOs and this project has collapsed. The condominium market has both collapsed and shifted, with the market no longer supporting high rise projects dominated by studios and one-bedroom units, which is the configuration this TOC proposes. Read more

I have lived in Oakville for 33 years. Our town has changed significantly and I no longer like living here. The traffic is this town is terrible. It takes 2 or 3 lights to make a left turn. Read more

Ridiculous number of people in such a small area. Minute amount of green space. Traffic in this area of Oakville is already heavy. You can’t get everywhere by train-groceries, medical appointments. Read more

This is disgusting that our government would pull such "bully" tactics. How dare they. They have no right to take land from Oakville for their own purposes. I am absolutely opposed to the MZOs for the TOC.
