Stone Mark Inc. (Dawn Forbes/Forbes Sand and Gravel Ltd.) has applied for a licence to operate a quarry below the water table in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

R.W. Tomlinson Ltd. has applied for a licence to operate a pit below the water table in the Township of Horton.

Township of Huron-Kinloss has applied for a licence to operate a pit above the water table in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Upper Canada Minerals Inc. has applied for a licence to operate a quarry above the water table to excavate bedrock from a 22.63 hectare site in the Township of Madoc.

Application has been made by Hanson Brick Limited to include reforestation to the rehabilitation prescription in accordance with the requirements of the provincial Greenbelt Plan, and to modify the final rehabilitation of their shale quarry to reflect changes to the final grade.

Application has been made by River Valley Developments Inc. to vary a condition of the current licence to authorize an increase in the number of tonnes of aggregate to be removed in a calendar year.
