Ontario has changed restrictions on the transfer and storage of winter-grade gasoline prior to the winter switchover date by amending O. Reg. 271/91 (Gasoline Volatility). We have also added clarifications about acceptable gasoline testing methods.
The ministry has accepted a risk assessment prepared for the owner, City of Toronto, as part of their future development plans for a property at 238 and 242 Cherry Street and Parts of 39, 51, 63 and 75 Commissioners Street (River Park North), Toronto.
The director is considering issuing a Certificate of Property Use.
