This application was withdrawn by the company on December 1, 2023, and as such no approval was issued.

The ministry has not received the required supporting information to issue an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for Pillar5 Pharma Inc. for industrial stormwater management works located at 365 Madawaska Boulevard in Arnprior, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 0052-CYGSTP was issued to Sandhills Farms Limited. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the WH Farms Pit, located in Burford, Ontario, for 10 years.

This approval is for an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) for all emissions from ZF Automotive Canada Limited, producing chrome plated and zinc coated automotive components, located in the Town of Midland, County of Simcoe.

Permit to Take Water No. 2147-D2PJLW was issued to Smeca Inc., operating as Pelham Hills Golf. Water will be taken from a watercourse and a pond for the purpose of golf course irrigation for 10 years.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to Redi Recycling Inc. for their123 Cemetery Road, Pembroke, Ontario location for a waste disposal site to be used for the transfer and processing of solid non-hazardous waste.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 4872-CKZK3C for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (formerly Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd.)for mining purposes. Water will be taken from one ground water source to provide water for the industrial mining operation dewatering activities located in Kirkland Lake, Ontario.

On April 1, 2024, O. Reg. 240/00 Advanced Exploration, Mine Development and Closure Under Part VII of the Act will be replaced with a new regulation, O Reg. 35/24, titled "Rehabilitation of Lands."
