Approval was granted to Ableliving Services Inc. to amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 5486-67QPCW to retrofit of an existing Class 4 wastewater treatment system.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 2765-CNVS57 on February 10, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 4265-8VDKFN for Waynco Limited for industrial aggregate washing purposes.

We issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air) for Cyclone Manufacturing Incorporated, an aerospace parts manufacturing facility, located at 8100 Parkhill Drive in the Town of Milton, Ontario.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) has been issued to Produits Forestiers Greenfirst (QC) Inc., which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources.

Certificate of Property Use No. 0866-CKJMYS for 1151 Queen Street East, Toronto, was issued to Hullmark Ltd. as part of their development plans for the site.
