I am very concerned with this bill being passed. Carbon emissions are a serious issue, I am concerned for my son's future if they continue to go unchecked. The cap and trade may cost more to ontarians but we either pay now or pay later when food sources are decimated by climate change. Read more

Climate change is one of the key challenges of our times and Ontario has been a leader in the efforts to address this problem. Repealing the cap and trade program would be a grave mistake and take us backwards on climate policy at a time when urgency and progress are what is needed. Read more

Getting rid of the carbon tax is irresponsible and reckless. By doing so you allow big polluters to continue on without consequence. I understand the idea behind getting rid of the program is to save the tax payers money, but at what cost? Read more

At a time when the IPCC warns of accelerating warming because of increased CO2 in the atmosphere it is heinous that you abolish pollution reduction with Bill 4. Ontario must put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and so safeguard our health. Read more
