Description of instrument
This proposal is to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) no. 7861-7QWNST for Coco Paving Inc., a hot-mix asphalt plant located in the City of Kingston, Ontario.
This proposal is to reflect the addition of one (1) asphalt cement tank. Other sources at the facility include:
- one (1) batch dryer equipped with a dust collector,
- two (2) storage silos,
- three (3) asphalt cement tanks, aggregate stockpiles,
- one (1) crusher, and
- one (1) diesel generator.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- benzene,
- benzo(a)pyrene,
- particulate matter,
- nitrogen oxides, and
- noise.
